Features

The TYT exothermic cutting electrode burns at very high temperature and slices through steel, stainless, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and even concrete, underwater as well as in open air. Once ignited, it sustains its own combustion for fast underwater cutting.

Exothermic cutting electrode 3/8″

Internal-combustion cutting electrode for fast underwater cutting. Used with the TYT exothermic cutting torch. Also compatible with the Broco brand, using the specific collets.

Important: you also need a 3/8″ collet The collet is the small part that holds the electrode in the torch. A 3/8″ electrode requires a 3/8″ collet (TYT or Broco). Without the right collet, the electrode cannot be used. Add a pack of 5 below if you don't already have one.
